Job Requirement

  • Educational Background: Bachelor degree in Management, Nurse, Development Study or other relevant degrees
  • Knowledge and experience working with Global Fund program
  • Strong interpersonal relationships with beneficiaries, other team members and other organization managers and staff.
  • Can drive motor bike with motor bike driving license
  • Strong written and verbal proficiency in Khmer
  • Good English language (can write, speak and listen)
  • Computer proficiency, and can access to internet

Responsibility

  • Monitor, supervise, facilitate and coordinate Community TB-DOTS & TB/HIV activities with HC staff, VHSG, C-DOTS Watchers and Communities.
  • Coordinate with government structures working in collaboration with OD, Health Center, and Hospital Manager and staffs.
  • Prepare technical working group with government structure and partnership development.
  • Complete monthly activity planning/ weekly report, motoring log sheet as well as trip report.
  • Prepare quarterly meeting with PHD, OD, HC, VHSG and Community leader.
  • Prepare monthly meeting with Provincial TB Supervisor, OD TB Supervisor, and Provincial Laboratory.
  • Prepare budget plan on monthly request on the TB-HIV program in Kandal Province.
  • Organize and participate training for HC staffs, C-DOTS Supporters and C-DOTS Watchers and all counterparts, working with CDOTS.
  • Schedule, organize, coordinate meetings, events, training sessions, interviews, appointments, travel arrangements, conferences, and activities as requested ensure electronic calendar is coordinated and up-to-date
  • Preparation of lesson plans and materials for CHC, HC staffs and VHSG teams
  • Control medical TB from PHD pharmacist, and OD to HC
  • Assisted in preparing project documents and maintain filing as required.
  • Submit weekly, monthly ,Annually-plans and reports to the Program
